Through play, we will educate families on how to integrate our 5 themes into their own lives outside of inspireU. This month, join us for two fun, active programs designed for kids of all ages! In Eat the Rainbow Adventure, kids will sort, move, and discover how colorful foods help power their bodies. In Superhero Breath & Body, kids will build strength, balance, and focus through playful movement and simple mindfulness techniques.
