In March 2019, the Mosaic Life Care Foundation and Board Trustees held a series of Small Group Vision Sessions. Dr. Marilyn L. Grady, University of Nebraska-Lincoln was the process advisor and Dr. Ron Blumoff, MD, MBA, FASC, The Blumoff Group facilitated the sessions. Stakeholders from Mosaic Life Care Foundation, St. Joseph, Missouri and the greater northwest Missouri region were invited to provide their input on strategic positioning for the Foundation.
